Changes to Hunter United Visa Debit CardsIf you have a current Hunter United Visa Debit Card, you will receive a new IMB Bank Visa Debit Card. For your security, your PIN will arrive separately. You will also receive an SMS asking you to activate your card. Once you have received the card, respond ‘yes’ to the SMS and your card will be activated. If you do not have a mobile number on your account, you can visit a branch or call the helpline on 1800 370 773 to activate your new Visa card. Please ensure you have activated your new card by 22 May (before the switch over begins). IMPORTANT:
If you would like to change the PIN you receive from IMB Bank, you can do this via IMB Internet Banking, from 22 May. If you have not received your new Visa Debit Card by Monday 17 May, please call the merger helpline on 1800 370 773. |
