Hunter United operates in accordance with the Banking Act (1959), the Corporations Act (2001) and the Retirement Savings Accounts Act (1997), is an Authorised Deposit-taking Institution (ADI) and is supervised by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC).

Our individual customer deposits, up to $250,000, are protected by the Australian Federal Government under the Financial Claims Scheme (FCS).

We are a member of the Customer Owned Banking Association (COBA).
