How to Get Help

There are a number of ways you can get help if you need support with the changes to your banking arrangements:

Branches

Visit our branch staff at our Broadmeadow, Charlestown, Glendale and Green Hills locations:

• Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays – 9am-5pm
• Tuesdays – 9.30am – 5pm
• Saturday – Broadmeadow is open 9am – 12pm

On Saturday 22 May all Hunter United branches will be open from 9am – 12pm, returning to normal operating hours from Monday 24 May.

The Merger section at www.hunterunited.com.au has copies of all of the letters relating to the merger that have been sent to members over the last few months, including this letter, and FAQs on the above changes.

Facebook

As we get closer to the merger integration date of 22 May, we will use our Facebook page to provide reminders of important deadlines and actions you need to take to ensure a seamless transition to IMB for your banking.

Merger Helpline

Both Hunter United branch staff and the IMB Direct Contact Centre Team are ready to assist you via our merger helpline 1800 370 773, Monday – Friday 8am-8pm and Saturdays 9am-4pm.

The merger helpline will also be open for extended hours over the integration weekend of 22-23 May to support you with the changes. The extended hours are:

• Saturday 22 May: 7am – 5pm
• Sunday 23 May: 9am - 3pm
