Why will integration result in so many changes to my banking?

IMB Bank’s technology and banking systems are different to Hunter United’s. In fact, Hunter United’s banking system is unique (designed only to work for Hunter United) so some change was always going to be inevitable as part of a merger with another financial institution.

‘Integration’ will essentially move Hunter United products and services across to the IMB Banking platform. Once complete, you will start to access your current accounts via IMB’s internet banking (and mobile APP). Naturally, we will make sure you know exactly when this will be, with plenty of notice via postal mailouts and reminders and support on our website and Facebook page.

The standard of service you have come to expect from our branch staff will remain, as will the people, but you will also have access to an expanded range of products from IMB when you visit our retail branches, as well as online.
