Why does my member number need to change?

IMB’s banking systems require a 9 digit membership number, which they call a client number, so every Hunter United member will be issued with a new client number before integration is complete.

Your IMB client number will be your unique ID number and you will only be required to use it to log in securely to IMB Internet Banking.

Client numbers start with 400 and are followed by 6 extra digits to create a unique ID number for every IMB member:
             e.g. 400-XXX-XXX

Your client number will be sent to you in the post before integration is complete.
