Why didn’t members get all the merger related benefits immediately?

The remaining merger benefits aren’t able to be accessed by members until Hunter United branches are equipped to offer and support IMB Banking products and services and all Hunter United products have been incorporated into IMB’s banking systems.

This phase of the merger is known as ‘integration’ and is technically intensive, requiring significant time and resources. We hope integration will be complete in the next few months.

As part of the Merger with IMB Bank, Hunter United’s disclosure documents have been updated, effective 1 May 2020.
