How can I prepare for changes to my account numbers and BSB for scheduled payments and direct debits?You can’t make any changes to your regular payments such as direct debits or credits until after integration is complete – as your IMB details won’t work until that time. We do however recommend you start making a list of all the direct debits or credits and scheduled payments linked to your Hunter United accounts to prepare for integration. This applies to transaction accounts, offset accounts as well as Visa Credit Cards, if you have one. Checking your statements in internet banking is a good place to start to compile a comprehensive list of payments that will need to be updated.
