What you need to know about the ‘switch over period’

The ‘switch over period’ is the timeframe within which Hunter United will migrate its member and account data over to IMB and integrate their banking systems.

This will commence at 3pm Friday 21 May and will be complete at 8am Saturday 22 May.

Unfortunately, during the switch over period, you will not be able to access your Hunter United accounts.

This means there will be no access to cash withdrawals - this includes ATMs, online purchases, and in-store EFTPOS. You will also not be able to make payments from your Hunter United accounts via Internet Banking.

Please plan ahead, prior to 21 May, to make sure you have enough cash to cover your needs during the switch over period.
