You have been assigned new account numbers

On 22 May, all open accounts will be migrated to IMB Bank’s systems and Hunter United account number/s will become a 9-digit number. This applies to individual membership accounts as well as business/trust membership accounts.

Members were sent their new IMB account numbers by post on 7 May.

If you have not received your new account number/s or have lost the details, please contact the merger helpline on 1800 370 773.

From 22 May, the IMB Bank BSB number, and your new IMB account number/s will need to be used to transfer funds to and from your accounts.
