How to get help during the switch over period

All our branches will be closed from the start of the switch over period (3pm Friday 21 May) and will reopen again at 9am on Saturday 22 May (and stay open until 12pm).

If you do need to speak to someone during the switch over period, help is available via the merger helpline helpline on 1800 370 773 from 8am to 8pm on Friday 21 May.

Our merger helpline team will also be available for extended hours on the switch-over weekend to support Hunter United members with the changes to their accounts. The extended hours are:
