Changes to Periodical Bank Statements

For most Hunter United members, the frequency of your bank statements will stay the same, from 22 May 2021.

e-Statements

If you are signed up to e-statements, you will continue to receive a notification via email that your statements are ready to view.

Monthly Statements

If you receive monthly statements, you will receive your last Hunter United statement in May, for your account activity in April. Thereafter you will receive bank statements from IMB Bank.

Credit Card Statements

If you currently have a Hunter United Visa Credit Card, the last Hunter United statement you will receive will cover your April - May transactions up until 20th May.

Line of Credit Statements

If you have an overdraft, equity line or you have chosen to transition from your Hunter United Visa Credit Card facility to the IMB Personal Line of Credit, you will receive your IMB Bank statements for all of your accounts (regardless of account type) on a monthly basis, starting from your May statement.

Please note there will be no monthly payment noted on the May statements.

Joint Membership Statements

Historically, Hunter United has only sent statements and communications to the primary account holder for each joint account. From 22 May, all individuals who currently share a joint membership number with another Hunter United member will receive a copy of the account statements for all of the joint accounts, as well as any other account statements, notices and letters from IMB Bank about those accounts.
