Why can’t I keep my current Visa Credit Card?

Hunter United Visa Credit Cards will be automatically transitioned to an IMB Bank Personal Line of Credit on the date of integration. An IMB Personal Line of Credit has a card and operates the same way your current credit card does, except:

  • It has a lower variable interest rate
  • It has no annual fee
  • It doesn’t offer an interest free period on purchases
  • Interest is charged on interest and fees

Regardless of the expiry date on your Hunter United Visa Credit Card, it will cease to function on the day we complete the integration of our banking systems.
