Return to Normal Hours

With community lockdown measures being progressively eased we will be returning to normal weekday hours of operation at some branch locations.

Return to Branch Operations

Effective 30 November, our branches (excluding Jesmond) will return to normal hours of operation during the week. Social distancing measures remain in place, as do personal and surface hygiene measures.

  • Hours of operation at our Green Hills, Broadmeadow, Charlestown and Glendale branches will be 9.00am – 5.00pm
  • Tuesdays – opening will continue to be at 9.30am to allow for weekly staff training sessions.
  • Broadmeadow branch will also be open on Saturdays, from 9.00am – 12.00pm
