Switching Over to IMB

In this section you will find a comprehensive list of changes to your banking arrangements that will take effect on 21 May, as well as associated actions you may need to take to ensure a smooth transition to IMB Bank.

Getting Ready for the Switch Over Period

Hunter United and IMB Bank have been working together to merge our businesses since May 2020. Systems integration is the last step in the merger process which will provide you with access to the full range of merger benefits.

As a member of Hunter United as of 1 May 2021, you should have received an information pack outlining the changes and actions you may need to take to ensure a smooth transition of your banking arrangements to IMB on 22 May, when the integration of our systems is complete.

Copies of the information in the pack are provided below as well as a series of answers to frequently asked questions you may find helpful.
