Rate relief for No Regrets mortgage holders

Following on from our rate reduction announcement on 13 November for fixed rate home loans, Hunter United will be applying a 10 bp rate reduction to its variable rate No Regrets home loan products.

 

The 10 bp reduction applies to:

• No Regrets 1st Home Buyer Loan – now 2.69% (comparison rate 2.69%)¹
• No Regrets Owner Occupier Loan – now 2.69% (comparison rate 2.69%)¹
• No Regrets Investment Loan – now 2.89% (comparison rate 2.89%)¹

These interest rate changes take effect on 4 December, 2020.
