2020 Annual General Meeting

IMB Bank takes the health and safety of our members, employees and the broader community seriously.

Given the continuing risks and uncertainty faced as a result of COVID-19, the 2020 IMB Bank Annual General Meeting will be held as a virtual meeting, on Monday, 9 November 2020 at 10:30am (AEDT). This year there will not be a physical meeting and instead all IMB Bank members (including Hunter United division members) will be able to participate in the meeting by way of online facilities (i.e. webcast).

The virtual AGM format is in line with the guidance and regulatory relief that regulators have provided to enable companies to hold their AGMs most effectively in these unprecedented circumstances.
