What do I do if I am automatically switched to the Personal Line of Credit and don’t want it?

If you have an outstanding balance, this will need to be paid in full before the Line of Credit can be cancelled. You will need to contact the dedicated merger helpline on 1800 370 773 or visit a branch so that we can cancel the Line of Credit. You will also need to destroy the associated Visa debit card, if you have received one.
