Troubleshooting

The Verified by Visa additional questions relate to the primary account holder so please keep this in mind if you are a secondary cardholder using Verified by Visa.

Also, if Verified by Visa asks for your ‘City’ please enter the suburb we have listed for the primary cardholder.
