Important update regarding merger with IMB Bank

As you know, our regulator, The Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA), has to officially approve the date for our merger with IMB Bank.

We were aiming for April 1 but APRA is still processing our request. Understandably they are working through many issues during these difficult times.

We will let you know as soon as we receive the official notification. From that merger date, eligible Hunter United members will start to receive merger-related benefits including the immediate removal of most transaction fees and account keeping fees, along with even better rates on variable personal and home loans, and term deposits.
