Merger Integration FAQs

IMB Bank’s technology and banking systems are different to Hunter United’s. So, as we work towards finalising our integration with IMB in the coming months, there will be some aspects of your banking that will change, such as:

  • Member numbers will become a 9-digit client number
  • Account numbers will change to 9-digit account numbers
  • IMB’s BSB number (641-800) will be used for payments
  • Hunter United online banking, will be replaced by IMB Bank’s Internet Banking platform and Mobile Banking App
  • Visa Debit Cards will be replaced
  • Hunter United Credit Card holders will be offered a choice of alternative credit facilities
  • Home Loan and Personal Loan repayments will be confirmed

As a member, there’s nothing you need to do right now. We will be writing to you in the coming weeks to provide more details about the changes that affect you and what action, if any, you need to take.

To assist with any questions you may have in the meantime, we have developed a series of Frequently Asked Questions that you may find helpful.
